It’s the flagship restaurant for the Tubac Golf Resort, nestled below the Santa Rita Mountains and among lush cottonwoods on the Santa Cruz River. From the moment guests pass under the majestic white arches leading to the resort, they’re transported back in time.
Buildings more than two centuries old remain in use. The resort was built as a ranch for Spanish settlers in the New World, and restaurant guests today walk to their dinner tables on the same stone floor that was the foundation of the stables for conquistadors’ horses.
